Why won’t the deleted order request show up on the Mc?

All the orders requested in Mc leave a mark on the system. When they’re deleted, although there is no request detail log kept, it can be seen with the request no in the logs that it’s deleted.

But if the user only saves the request and deletes it without turning the status into request, no log is kept about this record.

It can be seen that even if you search for the respective request in all status (waiting for confirmation, confirmed, requested, sent to order or purchased) that there are no logs kept.

If the user prints the respective order while in saved status and the order is deleted, Mc won’t keep any log record.


To analyze this subject, you can use the F1002 order requests - Report Type 1 (Purchasing orders confirmation control) report.

In this report, you can see that the requests before and after the respective request have their logs, but there is no log created for the respective request.
