Which report includes the external line calls in Opera?

You can view the external line calls of the guests on the report below. This report also reflects the external line calls of the extensions at the hotel if installed.


The call records of the rooms are reflected on the report with the pricings if ROOM is selected as the Type parameter.

 

 

If previously installed, you can group the departments together in the Department Parameter (front office, room service, security, etc.) and you can access the external line call records of the respective department. 

If the installation is not done, you will only see the ALL option. You can reach the support team for installation.
