The options that we can specify the room features that the guests request during their stay are called Preferences in Opera.
These preferences are saved in the Profiles so that they are accessible each visit of the guest. If necessary, they can be selected for one time only based on reservation.
Go to the PREFERENCES option on the guest profile.
Firstly, select the Preference Group on the page that opens using New. (The room features are previously divided into groups in Opera data.) The group meant for general usage is Room Features.
After selecting Room Features, room features will be listed on the page that opens. Select the desired feature with the X.
A red shortcut appears on the Profile and the Reservation card after the Preferences selection.
The preferences come ready in the room assignment screen of the respective reservations and show the rooms in the system with the special request.
