How to define foreign currency? How to make the remainder subtract from the cash?

Define currencies and rates on the Sales/Currency section. Defined buttons categorized Foreign Currency on the payment screen. You can define a macro to use with the payment too.
Select RVC Posting / Cash Tender / Cash for the remainder to subtract from the cash.
