Access the central Interface screen using the SHIFT F8 shortcut through the Opera if the Opera is integrated with the telephone central at the hotel.
Mark Room Status and select the respective telephone central below and click OK.
Open the COS section of the room to block on the screen that opens and select OFF. This process blocks the external line calls made from the room telephones.
The same process can be performed for groups too. Use the SHIFT F8 shortcut and select Group Bar/Unbar and continue the process.
The groups that are inside will be listed on the screen that opens.You can also search in the Block Code or Block Name areas.
Select the group to block from making calls with the X and click OFF on the right side. Save to finish the process.
