Go to Cashiering \ Cashier Functions \ Exchange Rates and click the “New” button.
Currency : The currency that the exchange rate will be entered in,
From Time : The date that the exchange rate will be entered for,
Rate : Spending (posting) rate of exchange,
Cash Rate : Selling rate of exchange,
Rate Code Rate : The rate that the room price will be printed according to.
