Go to the Setup \ Configuration \ Miscellaneous \ Lost & Found \ Groups tab and click the "New" button. Enter,
Description : Group name
No. of days to keep : Number of days to keep
And click the "OK" button.
Completed group will appear on the "Lost & Found" module.
