How to correct a currency process?

Currencies that are exchanged incorrectly can be corrected from the exchange screen. Use your Opera password to log in to the Cashiering=>Cashier Functions=>Currency Exchange menu.

 

 

On the screen that opens, enter the opposite of the exchange process.

- Select the same room and same person.

- Select the same currency and enter the previously exchanged amount to be corrected on the Amount area. Click Ok. You can see the Try equivalent on the Local Amount area.

Note: It is advised that this process is performed using the same cashier (so that there is no confusion about the cashier) on the same day (so that there is no difference in exchange rate).
