Go to the portfolio mode module on the Purchasing>Orders.
Click Add New Record, select seller stock item and unit, then save.
Name this portfolio created and specify that the portfolio is a Purchasing Porfolio by marking “Receiving Assortment” on the portfolio settings tab.
