Can I keep track of the inventory assigned to a room through the program?

The “Inventory” tab in the reservation screen is used for this purpose. The screen is split into two and on the top window is the default inventory. You can access other inventory items by clicking the “Add” button if you wish so. You need to mark the inventory you want assigned to the room.

On the bottom of the screen is the inventory items that are in stock during the guest’s stay.

You can also access this information from the availability screen using CTRL+D.

You can set a reminder for room change and check out processes.
