The defined printer must be installed on the operating system. If the printer is just installed, close and open again the Fidelio. Go to the “Terminals” tab on Setup \ Configuration \ Miscellaneous \ Terminals & Printers. Find the printer to define on the “Computer name” section. Click “New” on the “Printers” page, name the printer.
Click “Print jobs on terminals” for the prints to get forwarded to the defined printer. For every routing process, click the “Edit” button and choose the desired printer.
