What is the weight factor that is used when defining a stock item?

The weight factor area is 1.00 by default during stock item defining. That means, all the items measured with quantity or liters have a weight factor of 1. When you change this value, it’s added to the receipt total as much as the weight of 1 of the stock item when creating a receipt (especially receipts using the kg unit). For example, if you change the weight factor of an egg into 0,05, every receipt it’s added to is increased 50 g for each egg. If you don’t change the weight factor, each egg increases the total weight of the receipt 1 kg.
