On dispatch note or invoice entries, the charge can not be entered "0", the system will not allow it. Even if it is entered as such, this will cause the last invoice price and the price offer value of the item to be "0", the value inside the receipt will be reset and change the cost accounts so system will not allow you to enter "0" cost for free of charge items.
Instead, as you see on the screen below, the free of charge items are applied a 100% discount. This purchase method will not change the last invoice price or the receipt costs so it is a healthier purchase method. But it should not be forgotten that the item's weighted average price in the warehouse will be effected from the free of charge purchase.
