What is the purpose of the information sections on the order requests on MC?

While a Purchasing Order is being prepared on MC, on the "Add/Change Request Record" screen, the description written on the (i) info section should be delivered to the seller company, and the description written on the "Note" section should be used for the purpose of information trade inside the establishment. On this situation the inventory item information can be viewed in offer request form.
