How to fix a user that is locked?

On pms main menu, enter Set up =>User Configuration => Users, or if you have authorization, on Configuration main menu, enter Set up => User Configuration =>Users submenu. With the SEARCH button that is on the window that appears first you can see the current user list. 
Locked users' background is coloured as seen below, press the UNLOCK button. 

 

On the window that opened, delete the date that is on the DISABLED ON field and enter OK. If the user remembers their password there is no need to renew it and after the OK action, can login with the current password.

But if the user does not remember their password, set another password on this screen before proceeding to OK.
