Invalid Account error occurs while closing the check. What is the problem, how is it solved?

In the front office, there is a PM (virtual room) where all the payment methods in Micros are redirected. These PMs are checked out during the night process. At the end of night check in should be done. If the PM or room number of the payment method of the check that was closed is in check out state in the front office, this error might be received. Check in should be done.
