This problem has 2 known causes.
1- The Mdshot folder might not be updating. In this case, Micros Distributed Service Manager service is restarted and db is reloaded.
2- There might be a problem in the main server about the Client for Microsoft Networks protocol. It needs to be uninstalled and re-installed.
