How the "Fingerprint not allowed" warning is resolved.

For this problem to be solved, two different configurations should be checked on establishments that use fingerprint scanners.

A password must be written on the Employee / Security / Password id section.

Whichever operation is used on the operation types under Employee Setup> Employee Classes(operant)>Authentication Mode, should have finger print selected.

These options are;

*User  ID only                     : Can only login with a card or password entry.
* Fingerprint or UserID      : Can login with a password, card or fingerprint scan.
* Fingerprint only               : Can only login with fingerprint scan.
*Fingerprint and UserID     : Can login with both a password and fingerprint scan.
