Inventory item merge can be done on MC. The purpose of this is to merge the inventory cards that are incorrectly opened, used for the same purpose or opened for the same inventory. Inventory item merge process is done from system data manager, inventory merge.
On the 1st field, the inventory item that will not be used is written. On the 2nd field, the inventory item that is the target, meaning the item that will continue with its new name.
After this process, the systems asks how the inventories will be conducted. If there is inventory available and it is wanted to be merged, Copy SOH should be selected.
PS: If open inventory is present, this process can not be done. Inventories should be closed.
