There might be many reasons for not being able to enter the reports. First of all, check to see if the MICROS Portal service is working or not. If the service is working, you should check if another application holds the 80 port where MyMicros runs default. Generally, antivirus softwares like McAfee etc blocks the requests from 80 port, these kind of situations must be considered.

Switch the 80 port with an unused port and restart the MICROS Portal service. Then retry with http:\\localhost:YENİPORT
