If there is, the reservation and expense information of the person is linked to the profile and kept in the system.
If a guest does not want their private information kept, their profile is ‘Anonimized’ in V5.05.0 e19 and higher versions.

If a guest does not want their private information kept, their profile is ‘Purged’ bu unmarking the History in V5.05.0 e19 and lower versions.

When you ‘PURGE’ or ‘ANONIMIZE’ a profile, the profile information will be removed. Respective reservation and expense records will not be removed, but who they belong to won’t be known.
